The Indian government's “Make in India” project offers a rare chance to turn the country into a manufacturing powerhouse of international renown. This innovative program encourages domestic and foreign manufacturers to set up their manufacturing facilities within the nation’s boundaries, with the goal of revolutionizing a number of industries. By doing this, we can reshape the manufacturing landscape by utilizing India’s enormous talent, resources, and capabilities.

In my role at S R Aerospace, a drone parts manufacturer based in Bengaluru, I’ve encountered a critical challenge in the Indian drone industry — ensuring the timely supply of components. This issue is pivotal for industry growth, and I aim to highlight our strategic approach to overcoming this obstacle.
My passion for aviation and the pursuit of technological innovation led me into the drone industry. As the demand for superior drone parts increased, it became apparent that a seamless supply chain is indispensable for the industry’s sustained success.
